SUMMARY:AntoLin Cellars Presents: Daniel Mark Faller
DESCRIPTION:Friday\, April 8th\nOpen 1-9pm\nMusic starts at 7pm\, No Cover\nDaniel has released a variety of CD’s. The style on these go back to Daniel’s country and folk-rock roots with a Texas flavor in the vein of Waylon Jennings\, Willie Nelson and some of the new wave of Texas songwriters like Steve Earle\, Charlie Robison\, Jack Ingram\, Robert Earl Keen and Daniel’s favorite\, Nashville singer and producer\, Buddy Miller.\nHe also found himself writing this style of music which takes a great melody and ties it to some great lyrics that tell a story. You’ll find him doing everything from Waylon to Radiohead….!!!!\nThe enthusiasm is obvious as the calendar has been full with his solo shows and we’re so happy to have Daniel perform in our Tasting Room.\nTasty Art\, Wine\, Food and Music – the action is at AntoLin Cellars on historic N. Front Street!\nSavor award-winning wines in our comfortable\, casual and contemporary Tasting Room.\nOn this Friday\, wine tastings are offered until 7pm. Thereafter wine will only be sold by the glass and by the bottle.\nAntoLin Cellars is located on historic Front Street in downtown Yakima at the south end of the Northern Pacific Railroad Depot complex.\nCome in and get your bearings for all that this fertile valley in Washington State has to offer while sipping on fine artisan wine from AntoLin Cellars award-winning winemaker\, Tony Haralson.

SUMMARY:Rise for Refugees - A fundraiser supporting Ukrainian refugees in Poland
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for an evening celebrating the beauty of Ukrainian and Polish cultures as we help raise funds for Ukrainian refugees. Over 1 million Ukrainians have fled their homes and country over the past few days with Poland welcoming nearly half of these individuals. Our hearts go out to those affected\, including the local Polish and Ukrainian communities here in Portland with family and friends overseas. \nProceeds from the evening will support the Union of Ukrainians organization and the families and refugees currently sheltering in the Polish border city of Suwałki. \nFeaturing: music from local Polish band Zabavva\, traditional ‘Pączki’ filled donuts and Polish cakes\, hand-painted Ukrainian Easter eggs\, Polish-style beer and Zapiekanka menu from Threshold and a raffle including Polish pottery\, wine and specialty beer. \nUnion for Ukrainians:\nAn organization led by Polish humanitarian Anna Samoilenko who has been working closely with the people of Poland to help Ukrainian families escape the war. Union for Ukrainians is currently providing relief to refugees arriving to the Polish border city of Suwałki as well as the Ukrainian people that are still waiting in long lines at the border to escape the war. Many are on foot and their needs are changing minute by minute: food\, baby formula\, diapers\, medicine\, basic hygiene items\, legal services\, transportation and anything that helps with proper care and accommodation.
