DESCRIPTION:Sip\, pair and learn about cider where all the magic happens! At Pybus Public Market on October 9 from 1 to 6 p.m.\, The Big Chill Cider & Harvestfest will celebrate local cidermakers in Central Washington\, a region known for its world class apples. For the best dry\, semi-dry or sweet ciders\, come join 14 different award-winning cideries to taste samples and pairings. You will learn about the intricacies of cider\, what to serve with it and the artisan nature of cidermakers in the region. There will be music\, harvest games for the whole family\, snacks\, pumpkins and prizes. Ciderfest also hosts the biggest\, annual cider pop-up store in Eastern Washington.  You’ll find almost every Central WA hard cider maker at The Big Chill: Pear Up\, Rootwood\, Manchester Road\, ChelanCraft\, Archibald James\, Union Hill\, Bad Granny\, Phillippi\, Ole Swede\, Snowdrift\, Steelhead\, Barns Etc\, Centre Ring\, and introducing Watercore.    \nThe third annual Big Chill is presented by Savor Central WA (formerly Cascade Farmlands)\, a nonprofit supporting local food and drink adventures.  The Big Chill Cider and Harvestfest is an outdoor event.
