During the three-day beverage soiree\, Sommelier Tommy Thompson will be selling over 100 hand-selected wines and spirits. Attendees will also have the opportunity to sample small bites from the Resort’s culinary team. \nDuring the sale\, Thompson will open up a few of his favorite finds so guests can have a taste while shopping. Find a sip you enjoy? Purchase it right there on the spot. Last year\, lucky guests were able to take home an allocated 15-year Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon\, a vertical of Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon\, a 1970 Tullibardine Single Malt Whiskey\, along with a highly auction-allocated Domaine de la Romanee-Conti ‘La Tache’ Grand Cru.
