DESCRIPTION:Join Ray’s Boathouse on Saturday\, January 19 for a Salmon Safe Wine Dinner with pairings from some of the top wineries in the Pacific Northwest including aMaurice\, Bethel Heights Vineyard and Brickhouse Wines. These wineries’ estate vineyard sites have all been certified Salmon Safe and Ray’s will be featuring their estate bottlings with dinner. \nDinner will include a beautiful five-course menu and will feature wineries who have committed to producing Salmon Safe wines. \nGuests will hear from wineries on what this commitment means\, and from Stewardship Partners\, the organization behind Salmon Safe\, and Long Live the Kings\, a local non-profit that works to restore wild salmon habitats. These industry leaders will educate guests on enjoying wine that is environmentally responsible and the positive impact it can have in regard to the livelihood of local wild salmon. \nDinner with wine pairings is $125 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).
