So not only did we dream up something that was super challenging\, it was also pretty rad.”\, says Chris Smith\, Co-Founder of Lowercase Brewing. Head brewer John Marti used super-heated rocks placed directly into the beer’s wort to create massive evaporation and brought out flavors not commonly found through traditional brewing methods.
