The event is $95 and includes hors d’oeuvres\, a flight of unique top champagnes\, and champagne-focused discussion with the two industry leaders. \nThe restaurant’s festivities kick off December 1 with the renowned champagnes available by the glass and as a flight during dinner service for the full month of December\, including on New Year’s Eve. The celebrated champagnes are hand selected by the restaurant’s sommelier team\, focusing on bottles that are not often available by the glass\, allowing for tasting rare bubbles at a fraction of the price of the full bottle. \nReservations for December 8 are extremely limited and required.
