The event is $95 and includes hors d’oeuvres\, a flight of unique top champagnes\, and champagne-focused discussion with the two industry leaders. \nThe restaurant’s festivities kick off December 1 with the renowned champagnes available by the glass and as a flight during dinner service for the full month of December\, including on New Year’s Eve. That’s a total of 11 distilleries\, \n  \nDove Lewis Emergency Animal Hospital\, in association with the regional veterinary community\, provides 24-hour emergency and critical care\, education and community outreach.
