DESCRIPTION:This December\, holiday-goers are invited to pop the cork at RN74 all month long with a list of unique champagnes offered by the glass and as a flight. Guests looking to indulge their taste for champagne and expand their knowledge even more are invited to a fun\, festive sparkling bottle event with RN74’s award-winning sommelier Jeff Lindsay-Thorsen and Paul Swanson on Saturday\, December 8\, 1:30-3:30 p.m. Guests will sample some of the restaurant’s best champagnes from their recently expanded cellar\, as well as special bottles brought in for the holidays. The event is $95 and includes hors d’oeuvres\, a flight of unique top champagnes\, and champagne-focused discussion with the two industry leaders. \nThe restaurant’s festivities kick off December 1 with the renowned champagnes available by the glass and as a flight during dinner service for the full month of December\, including on New Year’s Eve. The celebrated champagnes are hand selected by the restaurant’s sommelier team\, focusing on bottles that are not often available by the glass\, allowing for tasting rare bubbles at a fraction of the price of the full bottle. \nReservations for December 8 are extremely limited and required.
