Chef Royer and his team will serve and profile three of his creations from the kitchen of Odette\, while Chef Laguna will design three original dishes that reflect the botany of the region. \nAward-winning chef Julien Royer’s menus at Odette pay homage to Royer’s grandmother – one of his greatest influences in life and in the kitchen. The renowned restaurant serves Modern French food that is guided by Royer’s lifelong respect for seasonality\, terroir and artisanal produce. Termed Essential Cuisine\, Royer’s dishes are honest and refined in their simplicity\, showcasing the best produce from around the world. \nIn 2017\, Royer led Odette to its historic debut on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 list at 9th place –the highest new entry in the history of the list – and the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 Long List at 86th place.
