The Winemakers Loft, housed in the “birthplace of Washington wine” in the bucolic, agricultural hamlet of Prosser, announces the inaugural Winemakers Loft Food Truck Rally. The all-day event on Saturday, April 22 will bring together delectable food selections from regional food trucks, live music with three different bands and wine from the winery tasting rooms housed in the Winemakers Loft. All admission proceeds from the Winemakers Loft Food Truck Rally benefit Heartlinks Hospice & Palliative Care, a non-profit organization that provides compassionate and comprehensive medical and emotional care for children and adults throughout the lower Yakima Valley and the Tri-Cities.

Heartlinks Hospice & Palliative Care Community Outreach Liaison, Madison Sartain, relays “…it is generous of the Winemakers Loft to include Heartlinks Hospice as the beneficiary of the Winemakers Loft Food Truck Rally. There is a huge gap in our funding…20% of the services we provide is funded by events, grants and personal contributions.”

The Winemakers Loft Food Truck Rally is from 10 AM – 6 PM on Saturday, April 22. Tickets are $15, in advance, if purchased via the Heartlinks Hospice website, and $18 at the door. The event is open to those ages 21+. Epicurean delights and wine are available for purchase.
