Tapas Takeover at Tulio

Chef de cuisine Guillermo Carreno is taking over the Tulio kitchen, showcasing a 12-course tapas tasting menu inspired by his upbringing in Mexico alongside his experiences and travels throughout Spain. Taste traditional dishes such as bacalao (salted cod, pepper, preserved lemon aoili), patatas bravas (paprika roasted potatoes, salsa brava), panzita de res (hangar steak, tomatillo chimichurri), pulpo relleno (stuffed squid, chorizo) and more paired with regional bubbles and wines.
