Salmon Colored Summer 5-course Dinner

$95Join Executive Chefs Carolynn Spence (Shaker + Spear); Shawn Applin (Outlier); Walter Pisano (Tulio); and Aaron Leopold (Bookstore Bar & Café) for a salmon colored evening!
Each chef will contribute a salmon dish to round out the five-course dinner, including crispy smoked salmon skin, salmon crudo, beet-cured salmon, salmon tinola and smokey grilled salmon. Plus other goodies and fun stuff!
Optional wine pairings from Cana’s Feast available at an additional charge, including Arneis, Pinot Blanc, Rosato, Mourvedre, Joie de Vivre and possibly more. Head Winemaker Patrick Taylor will be present during the event pouring an additional, secret selection.
10% of all proceeds will go to FISH (Friends of Issaquah Salmon Hatchery)
