Piedmont Truffle Dinner with Paolo Demarie

$125The Tin Table is hosting an indulgent, 8-course wine dinner featuring fresh Piedmont black truffles and Demarie wines. Paolo Demarie, winemaker of the Demarie wine cellar in Piedmont, Italy, will introduce his wines and hand shave truffles tableside with the help of his Lagotto Ramagnolo truffle dogs.
This incredible dinner will showcase the delicious beauty of fresh, Italian truffles when frequently the truffles showcased in local cuisine are months, if not years, old. The truffles served will be harvested within days of this dinner.
*Courses will be complemented with piedmont truffles, hand shaved tableside
