About àMaurice Cellars

Situated in the beautiful Blue Mountains of Walla Walla, àMaurice Cellars is a family-owned boutique winery. Run by fifth generation Washingtonians—descendants of the founder of one of the first timber companies and an important steward of the forest—àMaurice produces authentic wines that reflect the land and history of the state. About Leah Jorgensen Cellars

Leah Jorgensen is a wine industry veteran who’s own wines debuted with a 2011 vintage, just one lovely barrel’s worth of Blanc de Cabernet Franc. That wine served as the foundation for Jorgensen’s winemaking—she now makes expressive interpretations of France’s Loire Valley wines with grapes carefully sourced from Oregon’s wine regions. About Alpenfire Orchard & Cidery

Located in Port Townsend, Alpenfire was created by Steve “Bear” and Nancy Bishop, inspired by the cider traditions in England, France, and Spain. When the Bishops got serious about cider making they were surprised to find that cider apples weren’t actually very bountiful in Washington, so they jumped in and ordered 900 French and English cider variety trees and planted an orchard. They were the first organic cidery in Washington, and continue to grow and produce more lovely ciders and vinegars. For more information, visit www.alpenfirecider.com.
