The ever-popular Ivar’s Northwest Winter Beer Tasting is back for its sixth consecutive year. On Dec. 8 from 6 – 9 p.m., guests can sip, swirl and sample some of the best winter brews from around the sound while noshing on tasty bites provided by Ivar’s. Featured breweries include Georgetown, Pyramid, Maritime and Fremont among others. After waking up the palate with a few cold ones, snack on delicious items like house smoked bacon wrapped fig with tarragon and goat cheese, honey and Sriracha glazed prawns topped with green onion and cilantro, stout braised pork belly with shaved Brussel sprouts and baby Yukon gold potatoes, and so much more.
