DETAILS: Seabrook will host the fifth annual Big Foot Brew Fest on Saturday, October 7, 2017. The yearly tradition brings together craft breweries, food and live music to raise funds for the Seabrook Community Foundation. The 14 featured breweries come from Seattle, the Oregon Coast, Portland, Willamette Valley, Olympia, Turnwater, Aberdeen and Hoquiam.

The 21+ event costs $25 to attend the main event, with the entry fee covering six beer tasting tickets and a commemorative Big Foot Brew Fest pint glass. For a $40 ticket, guests will receive main event entry and tastings, plus access to the VIP Happy Hour tasting hosted by The Hopfather. The local beer connoisseur will pour beer from Block 15and Great Notion, typically only featured at the breweries. The VIP tasting begins at 11 a.m. and will have limited space. Breweries will include Fort George Brewery, Seattle Cider Co., Two Beers Brewing Co., Fish Tale Brewing Co., Top Rung Brewing Co., 10 Barrel Brewing Co., Hop Valley Brewing Co., 3 Magnets Brewing Co., Upright Brewing Co., Triceratops Brewing Co., Matchless Brewing, Steam Donkey Brewing Co., Hoquiam Brewing Co. and a mobile spirit tasting room from Wishkah River Distillery. Visitors can pair beer with food from the Frontagers Pizza food truck, Red Rover Grill, Dog Masters Gourmet Hot Dogs, Nice Nuts! and The Jerky Gal.

The event will also feature an assortment of live music from Mountainess, based out of Olympia; Old Coast, based out of Seattle; and Shannon DeLong and Chris Eakes, based out of Allyn, Washington.

For those that can’t bear to leave behind their four-legged friends, The Salty Dog will be serving beer for dogs at a “Bowser Brew” table to raise money for charity.
