Goldfinch Tavern and Four Seasons Hotel Seattle are really excited to announce the “Best Chefs You’ve Never Heard Of,” an event that will highlight up-and-coming chefs from some of Seattle’s best restaurants.

On Sunday, November 12, Chefs Ethan Stowell and Joe Ritchie are showcasing the hidden talents of eight local chefs. You may not know them, but they help run the show behind-the-scenes as line cooks, sous chefs or other positions at Hitchcock, Adana, Salare, Lark, No Anchor, Navy Strength, Four Seasons and more.

From 6-9pm, at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, eight food stations will feature dishes from each guest chef. Each $75 ticket also includes two drinks. As guests visit each station and sample food, they have a chance to vote for their favorite chef for the evening.
