At John Howie Steak’s upcoming Rare & Well Done whiskey tasting on Nov 5^th, Erik Liedholm will pour small sneak preview tastes of The Dark Door, Wildwood’s yet-to-be released bourbon. This is the one and only time the distillery’s first bourbon can be sampled before it is bottled and released to the public beginning in February 2018.

Rare & Well Done is a whiskey event unlike any other – a truly unique opportunity to taste 150 of the finest and most highly prized whiskies collected from around the world.  Renowned distilleries will be on hand and guests can also taste from John Howie Steak’s extraordinary collection of the world’s best whiskies, scotches, bourbons and more. Executive chef Mark Hipkiss has prepared an amazing menu of fine bites that will compliment these rare spirits.
