RN74’s Behind the Bottle dinner featuring master sommelier Larry Stone of Lingua Franca on Wednesday, December 6 and their annual Champagne Fete on Saturday, December 16.
Lingua Franca Wine Dinner:
World-reknown Master Sommelier Larry Stone will bring his hand-picked wines from his own winery Lingua Franca out of Oregon to RN74 on Wednesday, December 6, for the restaurant’s Behind the Bottle dinner. Having grown up in Seattle, Larry was the first American to win the prestigious Best International Sommelier in French Wines competition in Paris, and has served as restauranteur and sommelier at Four Seasons, Charlie Trotter’s, and Rubicon Restaurant. This memorable evening will pair an impressive selection of rare wines with an inventive five-course dinner menu from RN74 Chef Thomas Griese for $155 per person. Dishes include:

Nantucket Bay Coquille ST. Jacques Royale: sunchoke croustillant, cauliflower variations, beurre blanc
Magrets De Canard Au Miel: Hudson Valley foie gras, vanilla parsnip, black cherry duck jus
48 Hour Wagyu Beef Cheek: purple majesty, celeriac purée, black truffle perigourdine sauce
