Hood Canal Harvest Season: Chef’s Cider Dinner & Cider Tasting

VariesCidercraft Magazine has partnered with Alderbrook Resort & Spa to celebrate the Hood Canal Harvest Season with locally crafted hard cider paired with locally foraged, farmed and harvested culinary treats from the region.
On Friday, October 28th, Executive Chef, Josh Delgado, will showcase his expertise through pairings with locally made ciders in a 5 course dinner. $85 per person.
On Saturday, October 29th, sip cider from 13 Washington and Oregon cideries while savoring locally gathered fare including Hood Canal salmon, Skokomish Valley produce, Hama Hama oysters, paella and more.
Chef’s Cider Dinner: Friday, October 28th
Located in our Restaurant, 6-9PM, $85 per person

Located on our Waterfront Lawn & Olympic Ballroom, 12-4PM, Starting at $22 per person
